Parents' Rules & Guidelines

At Adarsh Education Society's Cambridge International English Medium School, Satara, we believe that the partnership between parents and the school plays a vital role in every child's success. We request all parents to kindly follow the following guidelines to ensure a safe, disciplined, and enriching learning environment.

Academic Support

  • Parents are requested to check their child's School Diary and Homework regularly.

  • Kindly ensure that all assignments, projects, and homework are completed on time.

  • Parents should monitor their child's academic progress and encourage regular study habits.

Parent-School Communication

  • Parents are expected to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and school meetings.

  • For any academic or disciplinary concerns, parents should meet the concerned teacher or school authorities by taking a prior appointment.

  • Parents are requested to communicate respectfully with teachers and school staff.

  • Kindly read and follow all notices, circulars, and instructions issued by the school.

Attendance & Discipline

  • Students should attend school regularly and be punctual.

  • Parents are requested not to take their child home during school hours except in genuine emergencies.

  • Parents should encourage discipline, respect, honesty, and good behaviour at home as well as in school.

  • The school reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action in cases of repeated misconduct.

Safety & Security

  • Parents are requested to collect their child only from the designated pick-up area.

  • Visitors are not permitted to enter classrooms without prior permission from the school administration.

  • Parents should not meet students or teachers during teaching hours without prior approval.

School Uniform & Personal Belongings

  • Students should come to school in complete school uniform.

  • Parents should check their child's school bag daily.

  • Students should carry the required books, notebooks, diary, and stationery.

  • Kindly avoid sending valuable items, expensive gadgets, jewellery, or unnecessary cash with students.

Health & Hygiene

  • Parents should provide healthy and nutritious tiffin for their child.

  • A separate napkin and water bottle should be sent daily.

  • Parents are requested to follow any health or nutrition guidelines issued by the school.

  • If a child is unwell, kindly keep them at home and inform the class teacher.

School Fees

  • School fees should be paid on or before the due date.

  • Parents are requested to contact the School Accounts Office for any fee-related queries.

Participation in School Activities

  • Parents are encouraged to support and motivate their children to participate in educational, cultural, sports, and co-curricular activities.

  • Students selected for competitions, educational visits, or sports events should be encouraged to participate with the consent of their parents.

Student Conduct

Parents are requested to guide their children to:

  • Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.

  • Use polite and respectful language.

  • Maintain discipline and school decorum.

  • Avoid bullying, ragging, abusive language, or any form of misconduct.

  • Follow all school rules and regulations.

Repeated violations of school discipline may result in appropriate action as per the school's disciplinary policy.

  • Parents are requested to update the school immediately if there is any change in address, phone number, or emergency contact details.

  • Kindly avoid contacting teachers on their personal mobile numbers during working hours unless it is an emergency. Official communication should be through the School Diary, school office, or authorised communication channels.

  • Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment.
